SHIPPING

We offer several shipping options, as outlined below. Please contact us for additional shipping requests before placing your order and we will respond promptly.

  • USPS First Class:
    • Processing Time: 0-3 business days
    • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days from ship date 
    • Cost: FREE! 
  • USPS Priority: 
    • Processing Time: 0-1 business day (aim to ship same day; dependent on time of order)
    • Delivery Time: 1-3 business days from ship date 
    • Cost: $15.95 (when available)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (Next Day):
    • Processing Time: Same day, if order is placed by 11 a.m. CST. Note: If your order is placed after 11 a.m. CST, we cannot guarantee that your order will go out in time for next day delivery.
    • Delivery Time: Next day, with limited exceptions
    • Cost: $25.95 (when available)

We do our very best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please note that our estimated delivery dates are provided by USPS, and on rare occasion, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. Please contact us if you are experiencing any delays.

INSURANCE

NICOLE LEIGH Jewelry insures all packages until they arrive at their desired shipping address. We do not require signatures and once your package is delivered to your stated shipping address, NICOLE LEIGH Jewelry is no longer responsible. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be satisfied and we will do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your order. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, please contact us! Exchanges of non-custom orders are accepted within 14 days of receipt in the original, unworn condition. Custom orders are non-returnable.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at info@nicoleleighjewelry.com and include your order #, the piece(s) you'd like to send back and whether you'd like an exchange or store credit. We will email you back to confirm receipt of your request and instructions for where to send your return.
  2. Mail your jewelry back to the address provided. We highly recommend that you use a trackable mail service and buy insurance on your package, as we will not be liable for any lost return packages.
  3. Once we have received your return package, we will ship exchanged items or issue a store credit promptly!

Please note that many of our designs use unique natural stones that vary in size, color and shape. We do our best to select stones that look as similar as possible, but your item may vary slightly from what is photographed.
